Cardi B shut down rumors that she and Offset are trying to unload their $5 million Atlanta mansion amid a “secret” financial crisis.
The “WAP” rapper saw a report from Icy Scoop News, which since has been deleted, that claimed they were “fighting to make payments” on their estate that was “facing foreclosure” and promptly declared it nonsense.
“LMAOOO You bum btches wish… me and offset bought that house in 2019 for 5 million now it’s worth 7. Check the Atlanta market,” Cardi, 31, wrote on X Monday afternoon.
“And no, we not selling it… and if I ever sold it I would just sell my part to Offset since he loves Atlanta. Throwing salt on my home? Hating bad.”
The Grammy winner and Migos rapper, 32, purchased the five-bedroom, 11-bathroom Sandy Springs manse in 2019. The on-again, off-again couple often reside there with their two kids: Kulture, 6, and Wave, 2.
Cardi continued to hit back at the rumors of her financial distress by sharing a video on X from her $5.85 million New Jersey estate Tuesday morning that showed off her master bedroom and her children’s $20,000 backyard playground set.
“Good morning from my second home! … It’s about to be 6:00 a.m.,” she narrated in the quick clip. “Go get the money! Hey listen, go get the f–king money, OK? Go get the f–king money.”
The “Bodak Yellow” performer scooped up the Garden State property, which features nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, in 2021.
Spanning a massive 13,000 square feet, the gated estate sits on nearly two acres of land and comes with amenities such as a movie theater, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a gym and a wet bar.
Offset also gifted Cardi an investment property in the Dominican Republic for her birthday in 2021.
