Gisele Bündchen’s $11M Miami home near ex Tom Brady completed after more than a year of renovations
Gisele Bündchen’s $11.5 million mansion in Miami is ready to be lived in after a lengthy renovation.
The former Victoria’s Secret model purchased the property on the exclusive Indian Creek Island — near her ex-husband Tom Brady’s home — in 2022.
The new dwelling, which boasts 6,600 square-feet, feature five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, a view of the creek, a spacious boat dock in her backyard, two back patios.
It also has a hot tub and large swimming pool perfect for her and Brady’s two children, Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.
It was reported by the Daily Mail that Bündchen, 43, moved closer to the ex-NFL quarterback — who retired last February — to make shuffling their kids back and forth easier on the two parents as they split custody.
Bündchen and Brady finalized their divorce in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.

The Brazilian model has since moved on with jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquin Valente.
Earlier this month, the model took her son and daughter on a family vacation with Valente to Costa Rica where they were seen playing on the beach, squashing rumors that the couple had split following Netflix’s roast of Tom Brady, which took aim at her new romance.
They also came together with the instructor for Father’s Day in June.
Instead of spending the major holiday with their famous father, the family went on a paddleboarding adventure in Miami while Brady made his Fox broadcasting debut at the UFL championship game in Missouri.
The former quarterback presumably celebrated Father’s Day earlier in the week.
He shared photos of himself, Benjamin, Vivian and his eldest son, Jack — whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan — on social media.
