Everything the light touches is their kingdom.
Kim Kardashian subtly nodded to daughter North West’s infamous “Lion King” performance with her look during an NYC outing on Thursday.
The Skims founder, 43, styled her clingy nude turtleneck dress with a yellow shearling messenger bag ($1,850) by ERL, the same brand behind the 11-year-old daughter’s costume for the Hollywood Bowl show.
Kardashian’s fuzzy messenger bag — crafted from “hand-aged shearling leather,” per the brand — brought back memories of North’s performance in May, when she wore a custom yellow lion costume from ERL.
Both the tween and her mom also modeled similar shaggy messenger bags in pics Kardashian shared on Instagram in June, when Kardashian was slammed for copying her daughter’s look.
Along with her shearling purse, the mom of four accessorized with a pair of Balenciaga Knife Stretch-Knit Over-the-Knee Boots ($2,190) that matched her dress.
Kardashian wore her brunette hair down in a wavy style, posting an Instagram Story that used audio from the “demure” trend on TikTok to show off her “very reasonable, very respectable” length with hairstylist Chris Appleton.
The reality star visited the Department of Justice and one of her Skims stores in Washington, D.C., after her NYC jaunt, sharing some behind-the-scenes videos from her trip on Instagram.
She also posted a photo of North wearing a furry hat (à la stepmom Bianca Censori) and clutching a tiny dog as the two sat down to dinner while they were in NYC.
Perhaps Kim can tote their furry friend in her fuzzy bag.
