Vince Vaughn’s 2 kids make rare appearance at Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony
Vince Vaughn’s two kids made a rare appearance at the actor’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony.
The “Dodgeball” star, 54, and his wife, Kyla Vaughn, posed for photos with their daughter, Locklyn, 13, and son, Vernon, 11, at the event Monday.
Locklyn looked all grown up as she smiled proudly beside her dad while wearing a white sundress, Hermès slides and silver jewelry.
Vernon coordinated his outfit with his dad’s, as they both wore a white T-shirt layered under a navy suit for the occasion.
Meanwhile, Kyla, 45, looked pretty in a pink tea-length gown adorned with florals, nude pumps and a gold shoulder bag.
During his speech, Vince thanked his family for their unwavering support throughout his career.
“My beautiful wife, Kyla, so glad you’re here with me on this now. I’m so grateful for you and these beautiful kids and for all the laughter we’ve shared together,” he told the crowd.
“As much as all this means, you guys really do need to know that you guys are the most important thing in the world to me.”
The actor then joked, “You’re not as lucrative. You don’t give me access to the kind of stuff that this kind of thing does, but with that all being said, you guys are the most important.”

Ahead of the event, Vince shared how “amazing” it was to be able to have his wife and children by his side while receiving the special honor.
“It’s so great to share it with all of them. It’s nice when you can have some time together and share a moment like this,” he told Fox News.
The “Break-Up” star’s parents, Sharon and Vernon Vaughn, his two older sisters, Victoria and Valeri Vaughn, and his aunt were also there to cheer him on during the milestone moment.
Vince’s “Dragged Across Concrete” co-star Mel Gibson was in attendance, too, and oddly wore what appeared to be blue swim trunks while posing for photos with the man of the hour.
The “Wedding Crashers” star and Kyla, who tied the knot in 2010, have kept their kids relatively out of the spotlight over the years.
They did, however, bring their children along for Vince’s hand and footprint ceremony at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood in 2015.
