Tammy Slaton was photographed running errands after losing nearly 300 pounds.

The “1000-Lb. Sisters” star walked in and out of a gas station before going grocery shopping at a Sam’s Club in Indiana last Thursday.

At one point outside the gas station, Slaton walked unassisted without the help of any sort of stroller or walking device – minus the oxygen tube.

She did take a break and rode in one of the grocery store chain’s mobility scooters both in the parking lot and in the store.

Elsewhere in the trip, she also leaned onto a rolling walker.

Slaton, 36, kept her running errands look casual in a long-sleeve knit dark gray T-shirt that she rolled up to her elbows, loose black yoga pants and blue-and-white patterned slippers.

The reality TV personality – who once weighed in at over 700 pounds – lost nearly 300 pounds after undergoing bariatric surgery last year, according to the US Sun.

Slaton’s weight loss journey has been documented on the hit TLC show during the latest season when she entered a food rehab facility in Ohio.

She needed to lose more than 150 pounds to reach her goal of 550 pounds in order to qualify for the weight loss procedure.

The TLC star hit the milestone during the most recent episode and got the thumbs-up for the life-saving surgery.

“I’m feeling thrilled, proud, excited — just all the emotions. I proved everybody wrong. Everybody that doubted me, I finally got mine! My told-you-so moment!” Slaton gushed on a Feb. 7 episode when she cut the difference down to just 14 pounds.

“1000-Lb. Sisters” airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET. on TLC.
