The reality star had been in the treatment center for 14 months in order to lose enough weight to qualify for weight loss surgery.
Willingham proposed to Slaton in October 2022, and they tied the knot a month later at the rehab center where they met.
“Our wedding day was perfect, there was so much love in the room,” Slaton told People at the time. “I literally married my best friend.”
“I love waking up every morning and seeing his face. And seeing his face every night before going to bed.”
However, Slaton reportedly ended things with Willingham in May because he had not been “following his diet in rehab.” Page Six has not independently confirmed those claims.
