‘MDLLA’ star Josh Flagg is in ‘serious’ new relationship with mystery NYC man: ‘He’s more private’

Josh Flagg is looking forward to his future with a new man after calling it quits with boyfriend Andrew Beyer last year.

“I’m in a new … very serious relationship. But he’s more private, he’s not on camera,” the “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” star, 38, tells Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” of his mystery suitor.

“He’a a great guy. He’s from New York, so we go back and forth between New York and LA,” Flagg adds. “We spend a couple of weeks in LA every month, and we spent a couple of weeks in New York every month.”

The Bravolebrity even sees their bicoastal romance going all the way one day, sharing that marriage is already on his mind.

“I don’t think anybody does not want to get married, do they? I guess it depends on the person. I’ve always been a marriage kind of a person, you know?” says the distinguished real estate broker, who divorced his now-ex-husband Bobby Boyd in 2022 following five years as spouses.

“You just have to marry the right person,” he emphasizes. “I didn’t marry the right person.”

Flagg believes he may have found Mr. Right as his current flame possesses many of the qualities he’s been hoping to find in a partner.

“He’s 29, I’m 38. We’re nine years apart, which is a good amount of time apart,” he says, further raving that his boyfriend is Jewish like him, “very smart” and “just really good looking.”

Historically, Flagg has dated fellow real estate pros — but notes that this significant other is “the first guy” he’s dated who isn’t in the industry.

“I never seeked out people in real estate. It just randomly happened. He’s not in real estate. He’s in tech,” he tells “Virtual Reali-Tea.”

Flagg — who met his boyfriend at a private members-only club in Los Angeles — says the pair has “tons of … mutual friends.”

“It’s the same group, so it’s perfect,” notes the Beverly Hills native, who counts Candy Spelling, Paula Abdul and Kathy Hilton among his high-profile pals.

While his reasons for splitting from Beyer remain vague, the “The Deal” author’s decision to end things will seemingly play out on the latest installment of “MDLLA.”

Flagg’s castmate Tracy Tutor recently told “Virtual Reali-Tea” that she helped him navigate the early stages of the Beyer breakup.

“Of course I was there for him during the Andrew back and forth and I think they really struggled about whether to move on,” she said.

“I think, ultimately, it was the right decision for him because he got out of that marriage and got into something pretty quick. I think he just needed to table it for a minute and spend some time with friends and get [his] life back.”

“Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
