Are Shailene Woodley and Aaron Rodgers over for good?
The “Big Little Lies” actress is reportedly “done” with the NFL star after they attempted to rekindle their romance earlier this year.
“Shailene tried to give it another shot and was spending time with Aaron,” an insider told E! News. “But she quickly saw that everything was on his terms and nothing was going to change.”
The source added, “There was no reason to continue and she’s done with it again.”
Woodley, 30, and Rodgers, 38, confirmed they got engaged in February 2021 after secretly striking up a romance in 2020.
By February 2022, multiple outlets reported that they called off their engagement.
Sources at the time claimed that the duo did not see eye to eye over political beliefs but insisted they just “agreed to disagree.”
Another source told People at the time, “They’re very different people with busy careers, and there were obstacles that they couldn’t surmount. They will remain friendly; there’s no bad blood and no drama. It just didn’t work out for them.”
Woodley and Rodgers appeared to have an amicable split, with the athlete posting about the actress’ “unconditional love” after they called things off.
Soon after, they appeared to give their relationship a second chance as they were spotted out and about in public together.
They were photographed going to the supermarket together, and even attended a wedding as each other’s dates in March. The two also hit up a California winery that same month, further fueling reconciliation rumors.
A source at the time claimed they were “talking things through” and that things were “different” because Rodgers had more time for her.
