Mary Cosby kicks Meredith Marks out of her house during screaming match in bombshell ‘RHOSLC’ trailer

Another friendship turns icy.

Bravo released the Season 5 trailer of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” on Monday and in it, fans get to see Mary Cosby and Meredith Marks’ friendship crumbling.

During an explosive fight at a “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”-themed brunch, Cosby and Marks get into such a heated argument that the former kicks the latter out of her home.

In the trailer, Cosby tells Marks, “You’re a sneaky little, snarky little something.”

Marks –– who is dressed as Audrey Hepburn –– snaps, telling Cosby to “leave” her alone.

However, Cosby, 51, is seemingly done with their interaction when she screams at Marks, 52, to “get out of [her] house” before the latter gathers her things.

Elsewhere in the trailer, the two women get into another tiff as Cosby tells Marks, “You’re not always the victim.”

“No, I am not. You used me for three years. I got the memo,” Marks quips back.

They then hastily walk away in opposite directions, sarcastically wishing the other a “good day.”

The falling out may come as a surprise to many viewers as Marks was the only cast member to keep in touch with Cosby after the spiritual leader quit the show in Season 3. Marks even helped her make a return to the show as a “friend” in Season 4.

However, Marks and Cosby aren’t the only two Snowflakes butting heads this season.

Original cast member Lisa Barlow and sophomore Angie Katsanevas, who were previously close friends, get into a screaming match after the latter takes a dig at the former’s parenting.

“My daughter does need me. Like, I don’t let her sit and game until two in the morning,” Katsanevas, 50, tells co-star Heather Gay, also 50.

Gay eventually repeats the sentiment to Barlow, 49, who gets emotional before confronting Katsanevas at a group dinner by saying, “I don’t think you’ve been a good friend to me lately.”

“You’ve been a f–king bitch to me!” Katsanevas screams while throwing her napkin at a group dinner.

Barlow finds herself in the middle of more drama when she and Whitney Rose, 37, reach a breaking point in their newfound friendship.

In the trailer, Barlow hosts a “Lisa”-themed brunch for the girls –– which includes everyone wearing brown wigs to look like her –– that turns explosive when Rose accuses her of building her business “on the backs of other people.”

“You need to get that f–king wig off your head! You will never be me!” Barlow screams while standing up and lunging towards Rose to try and snatch the wig off her head.

Elsewhere in the trailer, Barlow turns to Whitney’s husband, Justin Rose, to inform him that his wife is “a liar.”

In addition to the returning women, Bronwyn Newport joins the cast as a new “Housewife,” as well as “friends” Britani Bateman and Meili Workman.

The new season comes on the heels of the explosive Season 4 finale where Gay exposed former co-star Monica Garcia for running a fan Instagram account trolling them.

Season 5 of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” premieres Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo and streams the next day on Peacock.
