‘When Calls the Heart’ star Mamie Laverock is home from the hospital three months after balcony fall
Mamie Laverock has left the hospital.
The “When Calls the Heart” star’s family members revealed via Facebook Monday that she is finally at home – three months after her scary balcony fall.
“Dreams do come true. Welcome Home Mamie,” the post read, alongside photos of the rainbow balloons and matching cake that greeted her upon arrival.
The social media upload also included a glimpse of a “Home Sweet Home” sign.
In a comment, Laverock’s loved ones clarified that she is “still severely injured” but will now be cared for “privately.”
The statement continued, “She needed to be at home. So happy for her. She made it this far… next chapter. It’s a blessing to have her home.”

The actress was hospitalized in May for undisclosed reasons when she fell from a five-story balcony.
“She sustained life-threatening injuries, has undergone multiple extensive surgeries, and is currently on life support,” the GoFundMe page devoted to her care explained. “We are all devastated, in shock, at this intensely difficult time.”
Her body was “shattered.”
Laverock’s mom, Nicole Rockmann, subsequently told the Los Angeles Times about her plans to sue the hospital.
“We have a case,” she said in June. “All we care about is that Mamie can make a recovery and that she’s alive and that she’s fighting and that she’s strong.”
Earlier this month, Laverock took her first steps since the freak accident.
She felt “very weird” and “very wobbly” while moving with help from a walker.
The Hallmark star is best known for her role on “When Calls the Heart,” with co-star Erin Krakow sharing her concern with Page Six in June.
“We’ve been in touch and we are wishing her all the best,” the 39-year-old said. “She’s such a great girl and I hope it’s just the speediest recovery.”
